Troubleshooting and Configuring of Routers, Switches and Cisco UCS Servers.Configuring and troubleshooting Dial Plan on IP Telephony networksConfiguring call handler and distribution list in unity connection, Configuring IP phone, CIPC, CUPC and Jabber.Implementing and troubleshooting of Cisco Voice gateways, IP PBX and IP Phones.Monitoring & Troubleshooting calls in Cisco Unified Communication Manager.

Revenue generation by selling the Managed IT Services (IMS, AMC, FMS) in Corporate/ Enterprise / Government.Generating new accounts & a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Managed IT Services.Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping, Demand Generation.Defining new growth opportunities within the Government/PSU/corporate Segment. Generate business from new accounts and handle current prospects/Clients. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms. Build credibility, Gain market share in the territory specially by getting more Business.
