Desired Candidate Profile
Should have minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT Infrastructure sales. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skill with essence of Leadership. Account management skills. Good technical understanding. Strong presentation skills and comfortable performing demonstrations.
Implementation and support of Data Center projects. Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2003,2008,2012, R2, Active Directory, MS Exchange. Configuration & Troubleshooting of Various RAID Levels such as RAID-0, RAID-1, RAID-1+0, RAID-5 Installation Configuration & troubleshooting of Rack & Blade Servers Hardware and Virtual Servers. Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Storage hardware device.(SAN, NAS, DAS) Installation & Configuration of VMWare / Hyper-V Machine hosted Servers.(Please ensure your eligibility criteria according to our requirement before coming.)

Senior Engineer (L2) - Windows
Should have minimum 2 years experience in Windows Server 2008/12 and Rack / Blade Servers. Deep understanding of of SAN, NAS, RAID. Good experience in Virtualization ( Hyper-V ), VM Ware, AD, Exchange. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexible with timings. Comfortable to travel at according to Projects requirements. Preferred , Who implemented or migrated any Data Center Projects.
Revenue generation by selling the Managed IT Services (IMS, AMC, FMS) in Corporate/ Enterprise / Government. Generating new accounts & a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Managed IT Services. Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping, Demand Generation. Defining new growth opportunities within the Government/PSU/corporate Segment. Generate business from new accounts and handle current prospects/Clients. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms. Build credibility, Gain market share in the territory specially by getting more Business. Work with Delivery teams in verticals to generate Proposals and Bid Responses. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
